Authority is the functional and technical governance body of T-Mobile within
the project organisation, responsible for overall solution, review and
approval of System Integrator deliverables and T-Mobile specifications |

The challenges include working with a new CC&B product and extremely demanding time scales. The project was delivered on time. |
Telfort launched commercial
mobile services in the Netherlands at the end of 1998. The CC&B system
was the first fully operational Mobile Telephony version of the ARBOR
system from Kenan Systems Corporation world-wide. |
